Come get/turn in forms for the season, be informed on the school athlete and program specific policies, make sure any questions you have are answered for you. This short informational meeting will be at SW in the main commons starting at 6, and contrary to the mass email district sent out Volleyball is indeed invited.

If you'd like to pre-print the registration, use this link. All new SW athletes will be required to fill out the whole packet, returning athletes who have an up to date physical (they last for 3 years) can fill out just the emergency contact page and a check for $75. All registrations should be turned into me, Robbie Brink, not the athletic office as I don't want anyone's forms to be lost in the transition with Kim leaving and a new AD coming in.
